How does this work?


We make sure the shoes get added to your nike.com cart and you complete the checkout process the morning of the release in the five minutes nike allows so you don't have to miss out on limited releases or pay high resell costs. With your purchase please send your nike logins in the notes section.


Do I have to be awake and online to get the shoes?


Yes, we will have the shoes in your cart approx 30 seconds prior to release so make sure you are online and logging into your nike account at the time of release.


What's your success rate?


On the recent Carmine release we had 30/32 successful add to cart customers and the 2 who where unsuccessful had their feed crash and received refunds so technically 100% success rate! As long as you do your part the morning of the release you will get your shoes! Anything outside of that which may go wrong entitles you to a full refund.


What's your return policy?


Our add to cart service is specifically that, a service. If we do not deliver the shoes into your cart you will receive a full refund no questions asked. However if you fail to follow instructions or don't understand what you are supposed to be doing on release morning and we provided our service seamlessly you WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND! We provide a fair service at a fair cost and we expect our customers to take that seriously. We will not be issuing refunds for the following: buyers remorse, sleeping in, computer problems, lack of funds on release day or customers thinking they're paying us for the shoes (THIS IS NOT THE PRICE OF THE SNEAKERS AND I THINK YOU ALL KNOW THAT ANYWAY). Anything outside of us not doing what you paid us to do or nike crashing will not entitle you to a refund. We want happy customers who return and refer but we do not want to issue refunds for nonsense.


Where do I send my nike logins?


Please put your nike.com username and password in the notes section of your purchase and remove any saved payment methods prior as we do not want access to any sensitive information. We usually recommend that you create a separate account with Nike specifically for our services.


Do i need seperate nike accounts for two different shoes that drop the same day?


We recommend separate accounts for all purchases as they are all hard to get and don't want you raising suspicion with Nike that you may have used a bot since they are getting more strict with that as time goes on and may cancel your order or dump the shoes out of your cart.
